Our friends supply us with olives, olive oil, cheese, tea and honey. We make our delicious jams ourselves. Whenever possible, we purchase fresh organic-quality food and follow the principle of "regional and seasonal." In our kitchen, we use products from Rapunzel and Lebensbaum, among others. We source gluten-free Demeter-quality oats (also for your fresh oat milk), and our organic Fairtrade coffee comes from the Aroma Zapatista coffee collective. All our cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry products are supplied by Sodasan in the highest organic quality!

We have our own well water, which is filtered with a new system (2021) and regularly checked. We also installed a reverse osmosis system in 2023. We are happy to lend you stainless steel bottles for filling.
